Meet Sooty - your classic "dog cat"!

Sooty is a big personality in a furry package. He absolutely adores his people, wants to be involved in everything, and will happily stick close enough to get under your feet. If you've always wanted a shadow with whiskers, Sooty is your guy.

Sooty is best suited to an experienced cat owner who understands feline behaviour. He can get a little overexcited at times and may forget personal space when he's feeling enthusiastic - all very manageable for someone who reads cat signals well, but not ideal for beginners.

Food is one of Sooty's greatest loves (right up there with humans), and it's a great way to win his affection. He also enjoys affection and company and will reward his people with loyalty and love.

Sooty is untested with other cats but may be fine with a slow, careful introduction. He'd likely be okay with dogs too, provided introductions are gradual and respectful. Teenagers are recommended over younger children, as Sooty's enthusiastic nature could accidentally trip little ones.
